FAQs: How to Play Iron Rebellion Single Player With Bots

Can you play Iron Rebellion single-player? Yes.
While Iron Rebellion is built as an online multiplayer VR mech game, you can host a private match by yourself and fill the other slots with bots. This method gives you a single-player Iron Rebellion experience where you can practice piloting your mech, learn maps, and test weapons and loadouts.
How to Play Iron Rebellion Single-Player With Bots
To set up a private bot match:
From the Mech Bay, select Host.
Choose the map you want to play.
In the lobby menu on the right side, turn Bots on.
Choose your preferred bot difficulty from the same menu.
Enable Custom Slots.
Close all player slots. (This makes configuring the teams faster.)
Configure the match however you prefer, including setups such as 2v2, 4v4, etc.
Start your match.
Your match will now launch with the bot configuration you selected, without opening those slots to other players.
